At ipNX, Valentine’s Day this year was more than just a date on the calendar, it was a celebration of people, connection, and the little moments that make our workplace special.
With the theme “Love Overload,” we rolled out a company-wide engagement campaign designed to appreciate and celebrate our colleagues across all regions. The goal was simple: spread joy, strengthen bonds, and remind everyone that they are valued.
The highlight of the day was the Love Overload Basket, which made its way across our offices and regions, delivering delightful surprises desk by desk. From unexpected treats to shared laughter, the initiative added a refreshing twist to the workday and created memorable moments for employees.
To extend the celebration beyond our offices, we captured the spirit of the day in a special video feature. In it, staff shared what they love most about their colleagues, offering heartfelt, honest, and sometimes playful reflections that showcase the strong sense of teamwork and connection within ipNX.
